Clean Eating Wild and Brown Rice and Edamame Salad

Yum! This was such a filling and yummy #cleaneating lunch. It would also make a great fun side dish.

Vegetarian Gluten free

2 stalks Celery
1/3 cup Cranberries, dried
1 1/2 cups Edamame, frozen
2 Green onions

Condiments

1 tsp Honey

Pasta & Grains

2 (8.5 oz) packages Microwaveable brown and wild rice

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Pecans

Drinks

2 tbsp Orange juice
