Made these. So simple and yummy (I used a sprinkle of paprika in place of the cayenne).

Vegan Gluten free 40 mins to make Serves 4

1 cut into thick 4-inch-thick slices 2 pounds russet potatoes

1 Pinch Cayenne pepper
1 Pepper, Freshly ground
1 Salt, Coarse

3 tbsp Olive oil
1 Vegetable-oil cooking spray
