Shortcut Chicken with Biscuit Dumplings - use a rotisserie chicken to get a good head start, but remember, they are often salty! Adjust salt with the other products you use by choosing lower sodium products.

1 Rotisserie chicken


1 large stalk Celery, thin
1 cup Onion
1/4 tsp Rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp Thyme, dried

Canned Goods

2 (32 ounce) boxes Chicken broth or stock
1 (10.75 ounce) can Cream of chicken soup, condensed

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup All purpose flour
1 Black pepper, Freshly cracked
1 tbsp Cornstarch
